Kim Newbrough, a native San Diegan and graduated from UCSD in1971 with a B.A. in psychology. He graduated from Western State University (recently renamed Thomas Jefferson University) in 1976. Over the next four years, he worked as an associate in a local law firm specializing in personal injury cases. Since then he has been a sole practitioner with offices currently located in East San Diego.
People are injured in countless ways. When those injuries are a result of someone else’s conduct, whether it is negligent or intentional, a personal injury claim may arise. Commonly, injuries occur form automobile accidents, slip and fall incidents, defective products, child molestation, premises liability situations, and animal attacks. Over the years, Mr. Newbrough has represented over 5,000 injury victims and has resolved their cases by way of settlement, arbitration or trial.
In 2000 Mr. Newbrough began accepting Social Security Disability (and SSI) cases and has successfully represented over 500 claimants before the Social Security Administration.
